The archive governs the historical claim. The doctrine names its own synthesis. Neither external comfort nor internal certainty is allowed to falsify the record.

Primary-source rule
Governing evidence is movement-authored: books, speeches, declarations, platforms, programs, and essays produced by Black nationalist, Black Power, Pan-African, and African liberation activists.
Later academic interpretation may clarify context or dispute a reading. It is not used to manufacture positions that the source tradition did not articulate.
Evidence-classification system
Every rule declares how strongly the archive supports it.
Doctrine synthesis
Movement texts establish the principles, while the final operational standard is transparently authored by this doctrine.
Claim boundaryThe synthesized rule may not be retroactively attributed as a quotation or unanimous historical position.
Branch-specific
An important Black nationalist current expressly held the position, but the doctrine does not manufacture unanimity across the field.
Claim boundaryReaders must be able to identify which current supports the rule and where disagreement existed.
Doctrinal classifications
Common core and deliberate strictness are not the same claim.
Core consensus
A standard explicitly stated or repeatedly present across major nationalist and Black Power currents: self-determination, independent organization, cultural recovery, material power, institutional control, defense, and service.
Strict nationalist application
A binding rule adopted by this survival-centered doctrine and supported by important race-nationalist or cultural-nationalist currents, without claiming identical codification across the whole field.
Branch-specific position
A historically important position belonging to a particular current—such as a precise theology, territorial program, or economic system—that should never be mislabeled as universal agreement.

Citation protocol
Locate the claim
Every reference names a chapter, essay, article, platform point, speech date, or document section.
Protect quotation integrity
Quotation marks are reserved for verified words from a named source. Editorial examples and tests are identified as applications.
Expose counterevidence
A strong review asks where the archive disagrees, which current is missing, and whether the language exceeds the source.
Preserve version history
Corrections and amendments are recorded publicly; version 1.0 is never silently overwritten.
